Weekends you can find him fly-fishing or driving his LS3 swapped old Volvo to the track.

Kelli's, our resident “kaleidoscope marketer” who spins brand magic at the crossroads of experience, partnerships, and engagement. She’s rocked Progressive insurance, slayed for Ford, and sprinkled her quirky loyalty queen mojo on giants like Target, Mazda, Delta Air, and Coca-Cola.

When she’s not crafting brand experiences, you’ll find Kelli passionately cheering on her beloved Michigan Wolverines, navigating the energy of HBCU homecoming season, or checking off another country on her ever-growing list (60 is calling!).

As a former chef, he's always cooking up new research methodologies to Voir dire actionable insights to make our clients more money.

Designer by day, car enthusiast by weekend. With years of experience merging form and function, Jon leads designing to craft impactful, user-centered designs like a ninja, maybe with the black pajamas. But we're not shaming.

Jon believes that balance is key, in both work and workouts, but we still can't get him to take up ballet - just design ballet.
